Krabi is a city with rich nature sites on land and in the sea, with several world-class seascapes such as Phi Phi Islands, Hong Islands, and Hin Muang Hin Daeng Dive Site, for instance. Nature tourism sites are abundant with up to 4 national parks, namely Khao Phanom Bencha National Park, the location of Phanom Bencha Peak, the highest peak in the Phuket Mountain Range, Bokkhorani National Park, Lanta Islands National and Noppharat Thara National Park. The Phi Phi Island has 2 wildlife Sanctuary, the site of the Emerald Pool, an Unseen tourism site, and home to the Gurney’s Pitta, arare bird thought to have extinct and rediscovered in this forest, and the Non-Hunting Area of Thung Thalae Forest.

A sand beach stretching almost 3 kilometers from a small
hill slope on the other side of Aonang , flowing from the mountains
in the North to empty at the beachhead. The beach is of supreme
beauty at sunset with sand dune that links the islands to the beach
at the lowest ebb. This is mentioned as the most beautiful sunset
over the ripples on the beach in Krabi Province. |
Thalae Whaek (Unseen)

Theday of the waning and the waxing moon to the 5th day of the new
moon, the tide is at its peak ebb and flow, resulting in a phenomenon
of divided sea, when the sea recedes and the sand dune emerges
between Ko Thap, Ko Mo, and Koh Kai.After sunset, tens of thousands
of flying foxes taking flight from the caves in Ko Kai, lasting hours to
complete. |
Hong Island

Hong Island is the largest isle in the outcrops. It is resplendent
with pure white sand beach in a semicircle, surrounded by limestone
hills in crescent shape, making up a private beach sought after by
vacations around the world. To the North of the isle is the enclosure
called Pileh or Inner Sea, premier site for kayaking and snorkeling .
The isle has been selected as one of the ten most enjoyable and
cleanest beaches in the world. |
Rai Le Cliff

Ao Rai Le is another significant bay of Krabi Province in term
of tourism. The white fine sand beach for relaxation is on West Rai Le
Bay, while East Rai Le Bay is lined with rock climbing shop and famous
training sites, as it is one of the most breathtaking rock climbing sites of
the world. This is a great challenge and a chance to display your ardor
and adventurism. |
Phra Nang Cave

Phra Nang Cave is a small cave to the end of the
Tham Pra Nang beach, located to the far end of West Rai Le Bay,
accessible only by boat. The beach’s main fascination is the best
lookout for sunset in Krabi.Each evening, the sunset perspective
becomes a superb lookout, from inside the cave, through the
hanging stalactites, the one and only in Thailand. |
Hot Stream Waterfall

A current in tThom District, which is unique as it occurs at the corrugated
earth surface that emits heat into the flow above, making up
the warm current in the forest, with large and small ponds
formed along the way, before cascading over a cliff, becoming
the unique Hot Stream waterfall in Thailand that flows down to
cold current down below.

Emerald Pond

The Emerald Ponof beauty remains to be discovered, situated at Khao-PraBang
Khram Wildlife Reserve. It is one of the richest biodiversity sites
, with a mixture of a diverse types of forest, especially tropical
rainforest and a large peat forest in sweet water area. In this
unique forestland, the Gurney’s Pitta, once thought to be extinct
, have been rediscovered.
